VIDEO: Sun Valley MMJ Clinics Inaugural Medical Marijuana Patient and Business Expo, Overwhelming Success!

Hundreds of medical marijuana patients, and those interested in learning more about getting their medical marijuana card, were on hand Saturday at the 2015 Arizona Medical Marijuana Expo. Dozens of Arizona cannabis businesses set up booths and exhibitions at the beautiful Pointe Hilton at Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix to show off their products and services.

The expo was hosted by Sun Valley MMJ Certification Clinics and Arizona Cannabis Society.

Conference goers were able learn about and purchase products as well as receive valuable information and education about medical uses for cannabis. Many attendees were able to speak directly to doctors on-hand from Sun Valley MMJ Certification Clinics.

A large education area was set up where professionals from the cannabis industry presented on a variety of topics, including cannabis testing, extraction methods, the Arizona medical marijuana program and much more. Live demonstrations for testing and extraction methods were also available to view up close.

Dustin Klein, owner of Sun Valley MMJ Certification Clinics said, “We wanted to make this event more about education and the medical side of our business as opposed to the cultural side. When you here convention, you automatically think, ‘Party!’ But here, we have a conference where patients are getting quality information and are able to ask questions and actually take steps to get their MMJ cards on site.”

Taking just 91 days to organize the expo, Klein and his team recognized the great success of this event and are already planning an expanded version for next year.

According to Klein, the venue, Pointe Hilton at Tapatio Cliffs, accommodated their needs and never voiced concern over the subject of the event.
